I'm a young graduate in cuisine, currently looking for an internship as a commis de cuisine or as a cook in a hotel or restaurant.I graduated in September 2012, after a curricular internship in a well-known Hotel in my country, having finished my course with a 15 out of 20 mark.This course included not only several types of cold/hot cuisine, but also baking and pastry, Food & Beverage Management disciplines, namely Cost Control and Menu Engineering, French, English, Communication Skills, Enterpreneurship, Business Protocol and finally Microbiology, Allergies and Nutrition. It also included a 3-month curricular internship.Unfortunately this internship does not provide the much needed experience to work as a cook, so, I'm currently applying for a professional internship in order to gain this experience.I'm a hard-working, intelligent and dynamic person, and also a fast learner.If you see this application as a good opportunity for mutual gain, I eagerly await hearing from you.
