Nous sommes un nouveau restaurant à Dakar Sénégal , ouverture 1er trimestre 2016Cuisine française traditionnelle avec produits de la mer (plateau fruits de mer, poissons entiers grillés, carpaccio, ceviche, tartare....)Poste de Chef Cuisiner qui aura la tâche en collaboration avec le gérant de la création de la carte, assurer une formation d'écailler au personnel, et superviser toue la production cuisine et connaissance des accords mets et vins
