Nous recherchons un stagiaire en cuisine et/ou service pour un minimum de 3 mois ( en repos le dimanche et le lundi ) ayant l'envie de découvrir la métier de la restauration. Stage dans le cadre d'une école hôtelière, CAP, BEP, lycée hôtelier ou autre type de formation. Nous sommes ouvert à toute candidature, tant que la personne se montre motivé prouvant une réelle envie d'apprendre et de se perfectionner.Diplômée de L' Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, j'aime transmettre mon métier à travers ses différents pôles tel que le service, la connaissance des marchandises, l'oenologie, la cuisine, les langues étrangère, la communication et le marketing.
